Dawson and Allison Jansson
The Jansson Crossroads Team with Brookshire Homes Realty is composed of Allison Jansson (Mother) and Dawson Jansson (Son). With a combined 25 years of experience within the industry, and a shared mountain livelihood we can confidently say we know the ins and outs of the 285 Corridor. Allison Jansson has lived in the area for 30 years and has consistently contributed to the local communities along the way. Volunteering her time as a 4-H Organizational Leader, a 4-H Shooting Sports Instructor, Football & Lacrosse Boards, and developed a 501K Non-Profit for the local Sea Camp for youth. She attended Arapahoe Community College studying Interior Design and also obtained her Cosmetology License in 1993. In 1999 she chose to expand her careers in another direction, including Real Estate. She attended Jones Real Estate College to obtain her Associate Broker License and has continued her education to become a Certified Mountain Area Specialist. This has become her passion as it encompasses her gift of caretaking to help guide her clients through a seamless transaction. Dawson Jansson was born and raised in Bailey, Colorado. Having attended the Platte Canyon School district until he transferred to Conifer Senior Highschool. Growing up he was a proud member of the Hamburger Helpers 4-H Club, acting as the club’s treasurer for 3 years, a 4-H Shooting Sports Ambassador with CSU for 2 Years, and an active teammate in the football programs at Fitzimmons Middle School and Conifer Highschool. After graduating, he went to Lincoln Technical Institute to pursue his Heavy/Offroad Diesel Technician Certifications. In 2024, Dawson attended Kaplan University to receive his Associate Broker License. Being new to the Real-Estate industry he plans to bring a modern touch to all participating transactions, making use of current technology and social media outlets. The Jansson Crossroads Team shares a passion for the assistance of individuals who are taking a large step for their future. We strive to lend helping hands while making the transaction of one’s personal assets a more comfortable experience.
